Notes:

• Changeover day: Saturday (depart by 10.00am, arrive after 15.00)
• Booking deposit: 20%
• Balance due 8 weeks prior to start of rental period.
• Damage deposit: €700 (£500, $900).
• All rates are in € (Euros). Payments are to be made by bank transfer in Euros. Bank charges to be paid by renter.
• All utilities included, including central heating and firewood in winter.
• Cleaner (at end of rental period), weekly linen change, and pool maintenance included.
• Rates for small groups can be negotiated for Mid and Low Seasons.
